No, I dropped out of University during my Junior year. I have around 14k in subsidized student loans.
Here is a more detailed link, although currently i’m on forbearance due to the SAVE plan being put on hold:
I make $20 an hour so on a standard repayment plan I’d be paying like $150 monthly.
Find someone making a lot more than you, marry them, and negotiate a return of the taxes you save them. Or find someone who makes absolutely nothing, marry them, and keep all your tax savings. But in either case, you may want a pre-nup
You can easily remove the taxes. Quit your job.
Remove? Haha. Thanks for the laugh.
Welcome to adulthood lmao
First of all, Welcome to the working class! Your taxes are what help pay for a lot of your local government, running water, schools, etc. But, no. You can’t really lower your taxes, so the best thing you can do is quit worrying about it. Stress is a killer.
And since you’re young (assuming) and it doesn’t sound as anyone taught you about money. I highly recommend getting some education/advice on budgeting and investing, and also, where you can leverage your money to earn you more money. That will help you offset those taxes over the long term.
There’s a very easy hack that can instantly lower your taxes: make less money.
If you are/were, stop voting for people who support increased government spending.
But that’s a very long term solution without a huge track record of success.
Yes, vote.
